311 is beautiful room, SHOPPER TINA WENNIE is excellent. hire area is beautiful and hotel facility is perfect we like perk smile , breakfast is good and delicious, next time we will come back to stay here again, and I’ll share this hotel to my friends

The room is good and the hotel is very beautiful, Breakfast is excellent. People staff Apple Pao Shopper Nannie Tine Bee Pure Pan from front desk is excellent service we will come to stay here again we love the hotel nature swimming pool is excellent

Really happy with our stay at the Movotel. The employees are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Suggestion to management to ban smoking outside the front of the restaurant as it blows in, especially with the fans. The other suggestion is to have the mini-bus do half hourly shuttles instead of hourly.

Relaxing family stay

Stayed here for 9 nights with the family. Check-in was fast and Grace at the reception was amazing. Asked her if I can get a corner room with a view and she didn’t disappoint. She changed our existing room to #527. We could see Big Buddha and partial ocean view (couldn’t be more happier) from our balcony. The room was well presented and spacious. We had half board and a few drinks as part of our package and the food and cocktails were very delicious. We ate most of the time here. 7-11 is few hundred meters away which was very convenient. Pool was never overcrowded and we always found sun beds. Our kids had a ball in all 3 pools. VR room as well as pool scooter was a great experience for kids. Special thanks to Grace, Rung (room service), Atika (in the restaurant) and Kun in the massage service. The lady who made our cocktails was awesome. Can’t remember the name of the lady who was making crepes and pancakes. Kids loved them. Thank you for making so many of them for our kids. Massimo (GM) was always making sure everything was perfect at the resort, was doing little things by himself than letting the staff to do them. We couldn’t find any issues at the place except 2 1) smoking area being next to the main restaurant/entrance. Would be nice to put it on the side 2) we stayed here for 9 nights and breakfast after 5/6 day seemed repetitive. Thank you Novotel for your hospitality.
